Ⅰ.Corelessmotor characteristics:
Coreless motors are DC permanent magnethe servo micro motor.the main diference with ordinary motorironlessrotoralso called hollow cup-shapedrotor.
The Coreless motor has the following advantages:
Ⅰ. Maximum energy conversion efficiency(a measure of its energy-saving characteristics indicators):the efficiency of 70% or more, some products can reach more than 90%(the common core motor 30-50%);
Ⅱ. Activated rapid braking,in response to fast: the mechanical time constant of less than 28 milliseconds, and some products can beachieved in less than 10 milliseconds, the high speed running state where the recommended operating area,speed adjust the sensitivity;
Ⅲ. Reliable running stability: adaptive capacity. its own speed fluctuation can be controlled within 2%;
Ⅳ. lectromagnetic interference: high qua lity brushes commutator structure, sma II commutation spark additional anti-jamming device can be removed;
Ⅴ. Energy density: compared with the core motor of the same power, weight, volume alleviatel 1/3-1/2;speed-voltage, speed-torque, torque-current corresponding parameters are presented linear relation.
Ⅱ.Technical Overview:
Ⅰ.Winding: each motor specifications have a variety of different windings form a different winding speciflcations,different number of turns can be obtained in a different terminal resistor. Under conditions of temperatu re requirements .the maximum rotor temperature is allowed to work in 1 55 degrees 125 degrees(special case), the ordinary motor limit at 85 degrees.
Small resistance:
- Small resjstance winding
- Thick wire
- Big Stall current winding turns
- Large rate constant
Large resistance:
- Large resistance winding
- Thin wire
一Small stall current,winding turns
- Small rate constant
Ⅱ. Commutator:
Widely used in rare metal brush
1. small motors
2. need contjnuous work
3. small current load
Graphite carbon brushes are widely used:
1. largermotor
2. large current load
3. frequent starts and stops
Ⅲ. speed
Motor speed between 4000 to 9000rpm. This is determined by the size of the motor.
Ⅳ.working life
Work environment: temperature ,humidity,vjbration and installation.
Job status: frequent starts and stops,the positive and negative transfer shorten life.
Load state: the electrical cu rrent will accelerate loss.
